Cancellation policies: up to 5 days before the day of arrival without charge.

In case of presenting a positive Covid medical certificate or that the borders are closed, no cancellation fees will be charged.

21% VAT only on accommodation is exempt for foreigners- non residents in the country.

In order to apply 21% VAT exemption on accommodation a scanned copy of each passenger’s passport, proving their nationality, must be presented at least 10 days before the check-in date.

In case of no shows and reduction of group allotments, the penalties to be applied will be invoiced with 21% VAT.
